OUR VITAMIN D3 PLUS
We have blended our high-quality vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 to form a multipurpose vitamin D supplement. This formula creates a good blend for bone maintenance and support of the immune system. Vitamin D, C, and K2 contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin D3 Plus provides a high dose of vitamin D3 combined with other vitamins and minerals for the purpose of working synergistically with the body. Although calcium and vitamin D have long been considered to be key nutrients in the facilitation of bone mineral turnover, it has more recently been acknowledged that vitamin K2 is essential for this process too.
When supplementing vitamin D, the body creates vitamin K2-dependant proteins (osteocalcin) that move calcium. K2 is needed to activate these proteins to move calcium into the bones.
WHAT IS VITAMIN D?
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that can either be ingested in food or manufactured by the body as a result of sunlight falling on the skin.
WHAT DOES VITAMIN D3 PLUS DO?
Vitamin D3 contributes towards a healthy diet in many ways. This includes contributing to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones, muscle function and teeth. Vitamin D3 also plays a role in contributing to normal blood calcium levels and the process of cell division.
Vitamin C contributes towards a health diet in many ways. This includes the normal function of the immune system during and after exercies, and normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C also contributes to collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, carilage, bones, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin C can also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin D Plus is suitable for vegetarians. It is also approved kosher and does not contain any major allergens.

All in one capsule

When doctors recommend calcium supplementation. Having read up on the risks of high calcium without enough magnesium, Vit D and Vit K to move the calcium out of the circulation and into the bones, I looked for the extra supplements. G&G brilliantly have it all in one capsule with nothing else added. Also, the D is included in the form easiest for the body to absorb it. Incredibly simple and I will be recommending it to others who are on extra calcium.
